Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (August 30, 2017) – One person was injured after two cars were involved in a crash that halted traffic on Route 19 near Upper St. Clair on Tuesday morning rush hour, according to emergency responders.
The crash took place on the morning of August 29, on Washington Road, near McMurray Road in Upper St. Clair, Allegheny County.
