Man, 38, Injured in North Philadelphia Auto-Pedestrian Crash
North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (August 27, 2017) – A man sustained serious injuries after being hit by an SUV near an intersection in North Philadelphia.
The incident happened at about 12:45 a.m. Sunday, August 27 near the intersection of Broad Street and Susquehanna Avenue.
The victim, only described as a 38-year-old man, was struck while crossing the Broad Street.
The man suffered injuries of unknown extent and was transported to a hospital in the area.
The car driver, however, remained at the scene after the accident and cooperated with the authorities.
A police investigation into the incident is underway.
