1 Injured in Hunting Park Pedestrian Crash

Hunting Park, Pennsylvania (September 23, 2017) – A man was injured in an auto-pedestrian hit-and-run accident in Hunting Park, Philadelphia, on Saturday morning.

According to the police, the accident happened at about 1 a.m. near the intersection of H Street and Tioga Street.

The pedestrian, identified only as a 23-year-old man, was crossing a street when a dark-colored Toyota hit him.

The man sustained serious injuries and was rushed to Temple Hospital in critical condition where he underwent surgery.

The police are yet to locate and arrest the driver of the Toyota who fled the scene after the collision.

An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the collision.
