Rebecca Muko, 59, Suffers Medical Event Before Fatal Car Crash at Route 711 and 5th Street in St. Clair

St. Clair Township, Pennsylvania (September 21, 2017) – According to the St. Clair Township police, a 59-year-old woman lost her life following a two-car collision Monday evening in St. Clair Township.

The fatal accident occurred at about 5:15 p.m. Monday, September 18 at the intersection of Route 711 and Fifth Street.

As per the Deputy Coroner’s report, Rebecca A. Muko, 59, suffered some type of medical event before her vehicle collided with another. The manner of the crash was not clearly explained.

Rebecca was pronounced dead at the scene at 7:05 p.m. after being extricated from her car.

An autopsy was performed on Tuesday, but the cause and the manner of the death were still unknown.

Towing services were requested to clear the scene of the crash.

Authorities were still conducting an investigation into the fatal accident.
