Multi-Vehicle Crash leaves 1 dead and 4 injured in Mayfair

Three Car Crash on RooseveltMost motor vehicle accidents are not too severe and generally lead to nothing worse than minor injuries and/or some property damage. Of course, far more serious crashes are also an all-too-common occurrence, such as one that took place early this morning in the Mayfair division of Philadelphia.

The accident which involved three vehicles happened at approximately 6:49 this morning on Roosevelt Boulevard near Tyson Avenue. According to police, the crash took the life of one female passenger who was pronounced dead at the scene. Two others suffered serious injuries while an additional two more had to be treated at the scene of the accident for minimal injuries.

Reports say that a 34-year-old man suffered a serious leg fracture, while another man, 62, ended up with a potentially detrimental head injury. Both victims were immediately rushed to Jefferson Torresdale Hospital to be treated for their injuries. As of right now, both victims are fortunately listed in stable condition. Regardless, both injuries are potentially very serious and both victims need to maintain focus on their recovery.
